For more than forty years, Lourdes Nursing Home has provided skilled nursing services to the elderly in Oakland County and beyond. As one of the top 10 nursing homes in Michigan, Lourdes received the 2001 "Governor's Care Award", a state wide award program recognizing outstanding state-licensed day care homes and centers, nursing homes, hospices, homes for the aged and adult foster care facilities.
In addition, annual State of Michigan license surveys resulted in perfect scores with absolutely no citatations in 2003 and 2006.
These honors reflect the Lourdes Campus mission statement to "strive to bring to the sick and aged a human wholeness and a community of persons dedicated to the Gospel values" - a goal Lourdes Nursing Home has achieved since 1965. |
